1. This “Every Month Advance (EMA)” Plan helps you acquire more jewelry through disciplined monthly payments.
2. ★ The plan is for a fixed duration, depending on each plan respectively, and is non-transferable under any circumstances.
3. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for membership and Minors are not eligible to be applicants for this plan.
4. Your monthly installment amount is fixed and will remain unchanged throughout the plan period.
5. ★ Installment payments must be made on or before the 5th of every month. Payments can be made in cash, cheque, or through online options.
6. Late payments will postpone the redemption date.
7. ★ Failure to pay installments consecutively may result in automatic discontinuation of the plan without prior notice.
8. Upon each EMA installment payment, a receipt will be generated instantly in the app, available for viewing and downloading.
9. ★ Under this plan, only gold ornaments and silver articles are eligible for purchase. Any form of 24K gold or 999 pure silver—including raw, casted, minted, pure rings, biscuits, coins, bars, or any other type—is strictly prohibited, and 22K gold coins and bars are not permitted.
10. ★ This is strictly a Jewellery Purchase Plan; NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.
11. ★ If there is any balance remaining after purchasing items at maturity, the customer may choose from available products; the balance will not be refunded in cash.
12. Early discontinuation of the plan is not permitted; customers can redeem only the accumulated amount after the full tenure chosen at enrollment.
13. Customers must promptly inform management of any changes in address, mobile number, or loss of membership card.
14. Ornaments may be purchased starting from the maturity date upon surrendering the membership card to the management.
15. The redemption date is 30 days after the last successful installment.
16. Customer identity and signature will be verified at the time of product delivery.
17. ★ Value addition and/or making charges may be applicable as per the chosen plan, and such charges shall be payable by the customer at the time of delivery.
18. ★ Applicable GST, other taxes will be payable by the customer at delivery.
19. Management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without explanation.
20. The company shall not be liable for delays or non-performance due to acts of God, war, strikes, or government restrictions (Force Majeure).
21. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration held in Jadcherla under the Indian Arbitration Act, 1996.
22. The company reserves the right to terminate the plan for fraudulent activity, with proportionate refund of paid installments minus administrative charges.
23. ★ Eligible purchases must be claimed within 90 days of maturity; unclaimed amounts release company liability.
24. Valid PAN, Aadhaar, and address proof are mandatory at enrollment and redemption.
25. Transactions will be monitored under PMLA guidelines to prevent money laundering; suspicious activities will be reported to authorities.
